dc.description.abstractThis study which investigates the factors that affect the profession motivations of preservice teachers consists of four sections. In the first section of the study, motivation and professional motivation topics discussed. In the second section research method is introduced, in the third section the findings of the research are presented in the tables and interpreted. The results of the research are given in the last section. The findings of the study demonstrated that the difficulty and low economic returns do not affect the pre-service teacher motivations a lot. The main factors reducing their professional motivation of teachers not being understood the value of the profession and the Public Personnel Selection Examination content and principles of implementation by the MoNE (Ministry of National Education) and administrators in the country but also societyen_US
